My name is Alex Elle. I'm an author, breathwork coach, and writing-to-heal facilitator. I've been a Jenny Pennywood customer and fan for years now.

When I'm in flow I am: easeful, present, and well-rested. 

Your single most precious object on earth. What is it? (We would love an image if you have one!)

My chains and charms. They mean the world to me. They're fine jewelry heirloom pieces that I will pass down to my children one day. So, not a single item but a collection of objects. 

Favorite Jenny Pennywood item & how you use it, wear it, etc. (We would love an image if you have one!)

The scarves and tops! I wrap the neckerchiefs in my headwraps for a pop of pattern.

Since September 19th, 2021, I've been walking daily. Keeping this promise to myself shows me that I matter, and I deserve moments of quiet, movement, and creative contemplation.
