Meet Claire Guarry. Claire is a French artist and photographer based in San Francisco where she lives with her husband and their three children Lou, Elión and Anton. 

Claire’s work reflects her desire to unfold and encapsulate the rawness and grace of childhood with poetic, sun-filled evocations of infancy, youth and motherhood. She uses photography to capture and trigger emotions rather than a scene, and constantly explores techniques that draw a nostalgic feel on her images.

I find Claire's work to be soulful and dreamy - like an old painting filled with light and layering.
